My View on the Circulating Circuit of the Oiling System for Spindles and Modification thereof

为了解决锭子保养周期过于频繁的问题,从锭子结构入手对其油路循环进行了分析。阐述了改进油路循环的HF系列锭子在上轴承上部预留一个降压空间的结构特点,并通过批量跟踪测试应用,表明其达到了要求。

In order to prolong the maintenance intervals of spindles,starting from the spindle structure,analysis is done to the circulating circuit of oiling system for spindles.Introduction is made to the modification of the circulating circuit of the oiling system in the spindle HF series with a pressure releasing room in the upper part of the bearing.Batch follow-up test shows that the modification is a success.
