纱库式自动络筒机管纱自动上纱技术改造项目现状与市场分析

Current Situation and Market Analysis of the Technical Reform Project of Auto-feeding Technology of Bobbin Yarn for the Auto-coner with Yarn Bank

在解读《纺织工业"十三五"科技进步纲要》中相关先进适用技术推广项目的基础上,结合ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018纺机展展示的纱库式自动络筒机改造为带有管纱自动找头和上纱系统的自动络筒机的技术改造项目,分析了已经或将要推向市场的4家企业的改造方案技术结构和应用效应,提出对知识产权问题的关注点,对行业需求与现有市场容量进行预估和展望。指出:自动络筒机循着纱库式移动小车接头、纱库式单锭接头、托盘式、细络联型自动络筒机的方向发展,目前属于后3种机型共存时期;认为该项目是本届展会上棉纺装备中最受关注、十分具有应用价值和行业体量的一个现实项目。

On the basis of explaining the relevant advanced and applicable technology promotion projects in the Outline of Scientific and Technological Progress in the 13 th Five-year Plan of Textile Industry,combining with the technical reform project of the auto-coner with yarn bank displayed at ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018,which is renewed as the auto-coner with the mechanisms of auto-piecing-up and auto-reeling-up.The projects of the technological structure and application effects being applicated or to be applicated in the renovated schemes for the four enterprises in the market are analyzed.The focus on intellectual property issues is highlighted,and the industry demand and the existing market capacity are estimated and prospected.It is pointed out that the development of auto-coner is oriented with trolley piecing up,single spindle piecing up with yarn bank,tray type,spinning and winding combination,and the coexistence period of the latter three types of coners are at present.It is regarded that this project is the reality of the cotton spinning equipment in this exhibition that attracts the most attention,having better application value and better industry volume.
