RSB-D50C型并条机纺T 11.81 tex纱生产实践

Production Practice of Yarn T 11.81 tex with the Drawing Frame RSB-D50C

为了充分发挥RSB-D50C型并条机的优良性能,提高T 11.81tex纱的成纱质量,分析其原料选配和工艺优选,对不同型号并条机生产该品种的成纱质量进行对比。结果表明:用RSBD50C型并条机纺T 11.81tex纱,选择开松度适当、静电小的原料和预牵伸倍数为1.15、喂入张力牵伸倍数为0.99的工艺参数时,成纱质量指标较好。

In order to give full play to the excellent performance of the drawing frame RSBD50 C,and to improve quality of the yarn T 11.81 tex,analysis is done to the raw material selection and process optimization of the yarn production,and the yarn quality of different drawing frames are compared.The results show that the yarn quality index of T 11.81 tex with drawing frame RSB-D50 Cis better when the material with proper opening degree and small static is selected,and pre-draft multiple is 1.15 and draft multiple of feeding tension is 0.99.
