摘要
为了解决细纱机集落升降系统手工设计时计算繁琐的问题,有效提高设计速度和制造效率,介绍细纱机集落升降系统的运动规律,并根据人字臂结构力学及位移分析建立该系统的运动数学模型,以TH598系列自动落纱细纱机为例,基于Matlab进行程序设计,绘制细纱机集落升降力学和位移特性曲线,并对特性曲线进行分析。指出:通过Matlab可绘制出细纱机集落升降力学及位移特性曲线,得到精确的细纱机集落升降各位置坐标值,为细纱机集落升降驱动电机选型及机械调试提供理论依据,有效提高设计速度和制造效率。
In order to solve the problem of the complicated calculation in the manual design of the collective doffing lifting system of spinning frame and effectively improve the design progress and manufacturing efficiency,this paper introduces the motion law of the collective doffing lifting system of the spinning frame,and establishes the motion mathematical model of the system based on the structural mechanics and displacement analysis of the herringbone arm.Taking spinning frame series TH598 with collective doffing system as an example,the program design is carried out based on Matlab.The mechanical and displacement characteristic curves of the spinning frame are analyzed.It is pointed out that the mechanical and displacement characteristic curves of the spinning frame can be plotted with Matlab,and the precise coordinates of the spinning frame can be obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection and mechanical debugging of the driving motor of the spinning frame,and effectively improves the design progress and manufacturing efficiency.
