摘要 为了提高筘用胶粘剂的柔韧性能,分析采用丁腈橡胶增韧环氧树脂胶粘剂的机理及改进方法,并从化学角度、结构形态、热机理性能3方面阐述端羧基液体丁腈橡胶增韧效果的特征。指出:端羧基液体丁腈橡胶对环氧树脂的增韧作用优于无规则液体丁腈共聚物;环氧树脂与端羧基液体丁腈橡胶预反应可降低固化温度、缩短固化时间,其预反应物增韧后胶粘剂的疲劳寿命可达24万次;生产中应注意端羧基液体丁腈橡胶的特性并掌握其反应规律,以提高环氧树脂胶粘剂的柔韧性能。 In order to improve the service performance of loom reeds,the toughening mechanism and improvement of NBR-toughened epoxy resin adhesive is analyzed,and the characteristics of the toughening effect of CTBN are expounded from three aspects:chemically,structurally and thermal mechanically.It is pointed out that the toughening effect of CTBN on epoxy resin is better than that of irregular liquid nitrile-butadiene copolymer;the pre-reaction of epoxy resin with CTBN could reduce the curing temperature and shorten the curing time,and the fatigue life of the adhesive could reach 240 thousand times after the pre-reaction is toughened;notice should be taken of the characteristics of CTBN to improve the flexibility of epoxy resin adhesives.
