摘要 为了提高石墨烯纤维混纺纱的成纱质量,介绍石墨烯的特点及在功能纺织品上的应用,分析棉/粘胶石墨烯纤维混纺纱和棉/尼龙石墨烯纤维混纺纱的生产工艺流程,重点剖析尼龙石墨烯纤维混纺纱生产过程中应注意的问题、主要技术措施和具体工艺参数。指出:根据尼龙石墨烯纤维原料特性,做好纤维预处理,严格控制生产车间温湿度,合理配置清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒各工序工艺参数,纺制的棉/粘胶石墨烯纤维混纺纱和棉/尼龙石墨烯纤维混纺纱,成纱质量稳定,满足用户要求。 In order to improve the yarn quality of graphene fiber blended yarn,the characteristics of graphene and its application in functional textiles are introduced.The production process of cotton/viscose graphene fiber blended and cotton/nylon graphene fiber blended,and the cautions in production process,the main technical measures and the specific process parameters of nylon graphene fiber blended yarn are analyzed.It is pointed out that the humiture in workshop should be strictly controlled according to the raw material characteristics of nylon graphene fibers,and the pretreatment of nylon graphene fibers should be done well.Cotton/viscose graphene fiber blended yarns and cotton/nylon graphene fiber blended yarns can be produced by reasonable configuration of the process parameters of cleaning,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding,and the yarn quality is stable and can meet the requirements of users.
