关键纺纱器材及控制装置技术进步与发展方向评析

Review of Technical Progress and Development Prospects of Key Spinning Accessories and Control Devices

介绍2018中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会展出的关键纺纱器材、专件和纺纱质量控制装置的特点,通过分析其在提高生产效率、纱线质量以及节能降耗中的地位与作用,总结其发展趋势。指出:高速化、智能化、节能降耗、延长使用寿命和免维护等是纺纱器材、专件的发展目标;采用异纤检控清除装置、自调匀整装置、智能化多电机控制装置、单锭监控技术和电子清纱器可使成纱质量达到较好状态;国产纺纱器材及控制装置的技术进步与创新速度很快,许多产品性能可与进口产品媲美;纺纱企业应选配好关键纺织器材和专件,掌握纺纱关键技术,实现纱线质量最优化和生产效率最大化。

This paper introduces the characteristics of key spinning accessories,special parts and spinning quality control devices exhibited at ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018,and prospects the development trends after analyzing the positions and roles in improving production efficiency,yarn quality and energy saving.It is pointed out that the development of spinning accessories and special parts are characterized as high speed,intellectualization,energy saving,long service life and free maintenance.Yarn quality can be optimized through application of foreign fibre inspection and clearance device,self-leveling device,intelligent multi-motor control device,single spindle monitoring technology and electronic clearer;thanks to the rapid technological progress and innovation of domestic spinning accessories and control devices,many products have comparable performance with imported products;so long as spinning enterprises can do a wise selection of key accessories and special parts,and have the key technology of yarn quality control,optimization of yarn quality and production efficiency can be achieved.
