卡扣式导纱喇叭的设计

Design of Snap-on Bell Guide

为解决导纱喇叭安装精调时操作不便和运输中相互穿插、交叠等问题,介绍传统导纱喇叭的功能、安装和设计要点,分析其在安装、设计及使用中的缺陷,提出卡扣式导纱喇叭设计方案;并从操作、调整位置、相关联的导纱扁铁及包装运输4个角度分析改进后卡扣式导纱喇叭的优势。指出:新型卡扣式导纱喇叭为卡扣式结构,可在低阻力下卡装到导纱扁铁上,并可借助螺钉进一步增加紧固力,确保连接强度,保证精确定位;无需为每个导纱喇叭连接板上的安装长圆孔配钻螺纹底孔并攻丝;一次即可安装调整到位,拆装方便,具有成本低、操作简便等优势。

In order to solve the problems of inconvenience in operation and interpenetration and overlap during installation and fine adjustment of bell guide,the functions,installation and design points of traditional bell guide are introduced,its defects in installation,design and use are analyzed,and the design scheme of snap-on bell guide is put forward.The modification is analyzed from four views of operation,adjustment of position,associated inverted flat iron and packaging and transportation.Advantages of snap-on bell guide.It is pointed out that the snap-on bell guide h can be clamped on the flat iron of the guide under low resistance thanks to its structure,and can further increase the tightening force by means of the tightening screw to ensure the connection strength and accurate positioning;there is no need to drill and tap the bottom hole of the thread for the installation of the long round hole on the connecting plate of each bell guide;it can be installed and adjusted in one stroke,which is convenient to disassemble or assemble,and has advantages of low cost,easy operation and such.
