合理选用钢丝圈降低纱线毛羽的生产实践

Production Practice of Wise Selection of Travelers for Less Yarn Hairiness

为降低纱线毛羽、提高纺纱质量,分析纱线毛羽的不良影响及选用钢丝圈的基本要求,以纺精梳CJ 14.6 tex纱为例,探索钢丝圈截面形状、高度、质量和细纱卷绕工艺、生产设备管理等对纱线毛羽的影响规律。指出:钢丝圈选用对成纱毛羽控制至关重要,合理选配钢丝圈圈型、质量,合理规划其使用周期,能达到降低纱线毛羽的目的;合理设计卷捻工艺,加强钢丝圈、设备管理并制定检查周期、提升设备状态、杜绝异常纱出现,可节约生产成本,提升纱线质量和附加值。

In order to reduce yarn hairiness for better spinning quality,the adverse effects of yarn hairiness and the basic requirements in selection of travelers are analyzed.Taking the combed yarn CJ 14.6 tex as an example,the effects of travelers including cross-section,height,weight,spinning winding process and production equipment management on yarn hairiness are explored.It is pointed out that the selection of travelers is very important for yarn hairiness control.Wise selection of traveller type and weight and good planning of its service life can help reduce yarn hairiness.Good design of winding and twisting process,strengthening the management of travelers and equipments and formulating inspection cycle,upgrading equipment status and eliminating abnormal yarn can save production costs,improve yarn quality and increase added-value.
