环锭细纱机车头油浴箱体检测工装的设计

Design of the Testing Tooling for Oil Bath Box of the Headstock of Ring Spinning Frame

为了解决环锭细纱机车头油浴箱体两动力输出轴间距和平行度存在测量误差的问题,介绍其装配要求及用游标卡尺测量存在的问题和原因,采用比较测量法测量,设计专用检测工装并通过三坐标测量仪进行验证。结果表明:专用检测工装结构简单,操作方便,测量精度和检测效率高,可用于大批量车头油浴箱体两动力输出轴间距和平行度的测量,也可推广应用至其它同类零部件的检测。

In order to offset the measuring errors in the distance and parallelism between the two power output shafts of the oil bath box of the headstock of ring spinning,the assembly requirements and the problems and reasons of measuring with vernier calipers are introduced.The comparative measurement method is adopted,and the special testing tooling is designed and verified by a three-coordinate measuring instrument.The results show that the special testing tooling has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,high measuring accuracy and efficiency.It can be used massively to measure the distance and parallelism between the two power output shafts of oil bath box of the headstock,and can also be extended to other similar parts.
