摘要 为了减小麻纤维在梳理过程中的损伤、提高梳理质量,重点探讨梳麻机用金属针布对束纤维梳理不充分、针布嵌杂、损伤纤维、麻网质量差、成纱麻粒多,弹性盖板针布落麻多,金属针布耐磨性差、使用周期短、适纺范围小等问题原因与解决思路。指出:应科学研发柔性梳麻机用金属针布齿条,采用小齿顶宽、高硬度、大齿距、大齿密、表面强化处理齿条,并合理配置针布等措施,可有效解决以上问题,实现麻纤维梳理的优质高效。 In order to reduce the damage of hemp fibers in carding process and improve carding quality,main reasons and solutions to the problems such as inadequate carding of bundle fibers,clothing jamming,fiber damage,poor quality of hemp web,many yarn granules,more dropping of elastic flat card clothing,poor wear resistance of MCC,short use period and small spinnability range are discussed emphatically.It is pointed out that the MCC wire for flexible hemp carding machine should be scientifically developed.The above problems can be effectively solved by using small top width,high hardness,large pitch,large tooth density,surface hardening treatment and rational disposition of card clothing for metal card wire of carding machine,so as to realize high quality and high efficiency of hemp fiber carding.
