摘要 为了降低筒纱棉结增长率,介绍梳棉工序和细纱工序控制棉结增长的措施,通过试验对比分析络筒工序纺纱通道、络筒速度、纺纱张力、张力片转速及纱线捻度5个因素对筒纱棉结的影响,并根据乌斯特公报2013(50%水平)指标对比分析不同纱线捻度对筒纱棉结的影响。指出:随着络筒速度和张力片转速的提高,棉结增长率增加,故络筒速度和张力片转速应偏小掌握;纺纱张力应根据纤维品种而定,纯棉品种应偏大掌握,化纤和羊毛混纺品种应偏小掌握;同纱号捻度小的纱,其络筒速度、纺纱张力和张力片转速宜偏小掌握。 In order to reduce the growth rate of neps in cheese yarn,introduction is made to the measures of controlling the growth of neps in carding and spinning processes.Through the test comparison and analysis of the influence of five factors on the cheese yarn neps including spinning channel,winding speed,spinning tension,tension plate speed and twist in winding process.Comparative analysis is done to the influence of different twist on the neps of cheese yarn according to Uster bulletin 2013(50%level).It is pointed out that with the increase of winding speed and tension plate speed,the growth rate of neps is increasing,so winding speed and tension plate speed should be smaller.Spinning tension should be determined according to the variety of fibers,pure cotton varieties should be larger,and chemical fibers and wool blended varieties should be smaller.For the smaller twist yarn with the same size,the winding speed,spinning tension and tension plate speed should be controlled smaller.
