近年来,腐植酸肥料行业得到了迅速发展,得益于国际和国内的利好政策环境和全行业的共同努力。面对新形势,明确与腐植酸肥料行业发展密切相关的政策内容,吃透政策精神,深刻领会政策实质,对指导腐植酸肥料发展和科学决策十分重要。基于国内外农业发展战略对腐植酸肥料的需求,简要分析了利好腐植酸肥料行业发展的政策环境,提出了建立健全腐植酸肥料行业自我约束的几点建议,以期能为促进腐植酸肥料行业健康发展提供参考。

In recent years,profit from the international and domestic good policy environment and thanks to the joint efforts of the whole industry,the humic acid fertilizer industry has got developed rapidly.In order to guide humic acid fertilizer development and scientific decision-making,the contents,spirit and essence of related policies should be fully and clearly understood in the face of new situation.Based on the demand of the international and domestic agricultural development strategy on humic acid fertilizers,the policy environment of the humic acid fertilizer industry development are briefly analyzed,and some suggestions for establishing and perfecting the self-restraint of humic acid fertilizer industry are put forward.It is hoped that the paper can provide reference for promoting the healthy development of humic acid fertilizer industry.
