本文介绍使用稀土元素进行全毛绒线漂白和染色的经验。用稀土元素漂白全毛绒线,全部工艺所需时间可由24小时缩短为8小时,成品白度值由75提高到81,强力由13.75公斤/50米提高到15.75公斤/50米,其它指标也都能达到规定要求。该工艺投入生产后,产品质量稳定,一级品率可提高3%,操作简单,经济效益显著。本文还介绍了用稀土元素对全毛绒线和腈纶针织绒进行染色的经验。

Some experience is described about using rare earth elements in bleaching and dyeing of wool in Shanghai Wool Spinning Mill No.17. When the rare earth element was put into trial use in the bleaching of wool, the treatment time decreased from 24 hours to 8 hours, the efficiency greatly improved, the whiteness value raised from 75 to 81.7, the strength increased from 13.75 to 81.7 kg/50m and the other quality Items also attained to the standard. After this method is used in commercial production, the percentage of standard products raises by 3%, the process is simple and the economic benefit is evident. In this article experience is also described about using rare earth element in dyeing wool and acrylic fibre.
