胶辊性质与成纱质量的试验分析

An Analysis of Top Roller Quality and Yarn Evenness

作者选择了不同硬度、不同表面处理、不同套差的四种胶辊,进行了纺纱试验和变细曲线、动摩擦系数、表面微观结构的电镜拍摄等特性测试;并分析了不同胶辊与成纱质量的关系,指出软胶辊主要因握持状态改善及缩短了自由区距,加强了对纤维运动的控制,从而降低了成纱条干CV%值。同时为不断改善条干CV%值,认为胶辊尚可在适宜的硬度、直径、结构等方面作进一步的试验研究。

Fout kinds of top roller with different hardness, surface treatment and clearance between rollerinter diameter and boss roller are selected for testing comparison. Through a series of experiments,spinning tests, attenuation curve, dynamic friction coefficient, electronic micrograph of surface str-uctute, etc. such as, the relationship between each kind of roller and yarn quality was analysed. Thispaper points out that owing to improving grasp of the nip, narrowing the free gauge and increasingcontrolling of fibre movement low CV% of yarn is obtained. In order to reduce yarn CV%, suitablehardness, diameter, clearance and structure of the top roller should be studied further.
