摘要
结合张家垛油田生产实际情况,分析了常规清防蜡工艺存在的不足。通过引进超导热洗清蜡工艺,实施自循环超导热洗清蜡,油井清蜡效果有所改善。针对张家垛油田油井产液量低,单井自循环超导热洗排量低、清蜡不彻底的问题,确定合理的洗井参数,改进串联式超导热洗清蜡工艺。改进后清蜡更彻底,油井热洗周期和检泵周期延长,洗井液对地层无污染,满足了张家垛油田特低渗、强水敏地层的清蜡要求。
The paraffin removal by superconducting hot washing was introduced to carry out a wax removal by self-circulation superconducting hot washing. As a result,the effect of wax removal in oil well was improved. Aiming at the problems of Zhangjiaduo Oilfield such as low liquid production,low pump rate and unclean wax removal of the single well self-circulation superconducting hot washing,and so on,the reasonable parameters of well washing were optimized,and the wax removal by tandem type superconducting hot washing was improved. The improved process can obtain a more clear paraffin removal effect,the periods of well hot washing and pump inspection are prolonged,and the flushing fluid is non-pollution to formation. Thus the improved process can meet the demands of paraffin removal for Zhangjiaduo Oilfield with low permeability and strong water sensitivity formation.
