摘要
医院新员工岗前培训是医院人才培养的重要手段。文章以海南省人民医院新员工岗前培训的实践与体会为例,探讨了医院新员工岗前培训的模式。认为通过岗前培训,可以培养新员工的主人翁意识,认同医院的核心价值和医院文化,使新员工迅速融入医院。可以使新员工尽快掌握医院核心制度,为今后职业生涯奠定良好的基础。
This paper introduces the practice and the main experience of pre-service training for new employees in Hainan General Hospital, and expounds that the pre-service training for the new staff are the important means of the personnel training.Through pre-service training, the new staff can possess master consciousness, agree on the core value and the culture of the hospital, and thus quickly blend into the hospital. Furthermore, they also can grasp the core system of the hospital, thereby laying a good foundation for their career in the future.
