精神分裂症与情感性障碍相互误诊33例

目的探讨临床对精神分裂症与情感性(心境障碍)精神障碍相互误诊的原因。方法选择我院2010年4月20日~2012年9月10日精神分裂症与情感性精神障碍病例33例,由2名精神科副主任医师及1名资深的精神科主治医师以中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(CCMD-3)进行确认。结果精神分裂症误诊为情感精神障碍12例(36.36%),情感性精神障碍误诊为精神分裂症21例(63.64%)。结论精神疾病的误诊与精神病症状学了解不深、病史资源调查欠详细、未能将病程演变进行全程分析及三级查房不完善有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical of schizophrenia and affective(mood disorders) causes of misdiagnosis between mental disorders. Methods in our hospital from April 20, 2010 to September 10, 2012 of schizophrenia and affective disorders in 33 cases, by the deputy director 2 psychiatrists and 1 senior attending psychiatrist Chinese to classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders(CCMD- 3) to confirm. Results Schizophrenia misdiagnosed as affective disorders in 12 cases(36.36%), misdiagnosis of affective disorders as schizophrenia in 21 cases(63.64%).
