摘要
目的对非ST段抬高的心肌梗塞患者(NSTEMI),探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)碎裂QRS(fQRS)波与临床参数之间的相关性分析。方法回顾性评价72名NSTEMI患者,对患者RDW与总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、fQRS导联数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、年龄,冠状动脉狭窄数进行相关性研究统计学分析。结果 LVEF与RDW、fQRS导联数显著相关性(r=-0.285,P<0.05;r=-0.263,P<0.05);冠状动脉狭窄数与RDW显著相关性(r=0.299,P<0.05),而与fQRS导联数非常显著相关(r=0.375,P<0.01);年龄与RDW、fQRS导联数、冠状动脉狭窄数有非常显著相关性(r=0.602,0.355,0.493;P<0.01);血脂水平与RDW、fQRS导联数、LVEF、冠状动脉狭窄数无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论在NSTEMI患者中RDW、fQRS数与LVEF、冠状动脉狭窄数显著相关。对于NSTEMI患者预后的近期评估,LVEF、冠状动脉狭窄数、RDW、fQRS导联数可以作为一个参考的指标。
Objective To make a correlation analysis between red cell distribution fragment QRS and clinical parameters in patient with non-ST elevate myocardial infarction. Methods We retrospectively evaluated a total of 72 patients with non-ST elevate myocardial infarction. The study on correlation and statistical analysis were made together with RDW、TC、LDL、HDL、fQRS number、LVEF、age、number of coronary ateries narrowed. Results LVEF had significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number(P<0.05). As to the correlation of number of coronary ateries narrowed had significant correlation with RDW(P<0.05).number of coronary ateries narrowed had a very significant correlation with fQRS number;The age had a very significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number、number of coronary ateries narrowed(P<0.05). As to the correlation of TC、LDL、HDL did not had significant correlation with RDW、fQRS number、LVEF、number of coronary ateries narrowed. Conclusion RDW、fQRS number have significant correlation with LVEF、number of coronary ateries narrowed. RDW、fQRS can provide useful information of short term progonosis in non-ST elevate myocardial infarction.
