摘要
本研究以25份国外蓖麻种质资源为材料,对11个主要农艺性状进行相关及聚类分析。结果表明:一级分枝穗长和一级分枝蒴果数的变异系数(CV)最大,分别为89.2%和94.1%;百粒重的变异系数最小,为20.4%。通过相关性分析结果表明对蓖麻产量贡献最大的农艺性状是单株总蒴果数,其次是单株有效穗、百粒重以及一级分枝蒴果数;基于各种质间性状的遗传差异,在距离为5时,把25份蓖麻聚类并划分为6大类群,可为杂交育种根据不同类别的特点利用亲本提供依据。
Correlation analysis and cluster analysis was done on the basis of eleven important agronomic traits of25 abroad castor(Ricinus communis L.) germplasm resources. The results indicated that the largest coefficient of variation(CV) of primary branch ear length with 89.2%, 94.1% for the number of primary branch spike capsules; the least coefficient of variation(CV) of 100-kernel weight with 89.2%. By the correlation analysis of 11 agronomic characters, the results show that the largest contributor to the production of castor plant agronomic traits of the total capsule number, followed by the number of effective spikes, 100-kernel weight and the number of primary branch spike capsules. Based on the castor germplasms' genetic difference, the cluster analysis clustered all germplasms into six categories while the standard distance is 5.00. These varieties could be used for castor breeding with different purposes.
