摘要
为解决玉米因倒伏、染病造成的减产问题,本研究以油菜素内酯(Brassinosteroids,BRs)具有高效、无毒、提高植物抗性、改善株型、提高光合性能等特点为理论基础,结合乙烯利能控高、提高抗性的特点,复配了一种控高、抗倒伏的生长调节剂。玉米的田间试验表明:这种复合生长调节剂能明显降低玉米高度、提高秸杆粗度、促进气生根及侧根的发育、增加玉米叶片叶绿素含量,达到了控高、抗倒伏、增产的目的。
In order to solve the problem of the decreased production in maize caused by the lodging and disease, in this study, we adopted the theoretical basis that BRs(Brassinosteroids) has the advantages of high efficiency, innoc uity, increasing plant resistance, improving plant type characteristics and photosynthetic performance; combined with Ethephon that is able to control plant height and to improve the characteristics of resistance, the compound growth regulator was formulated to control the plant height and prevent lodging. The results of the field experiments of corn showed that the compound growth regulator can obviously reduce corn height, promote straw gas rooting and lateral root development, improve the resistance to maize sheath rot, increase the chlorophyll content in leaves of maize, achieves the purpose of controlling plant height, increasing the lodging resistance, disease resistance and production.
