摘要
水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一。穗型是水稻重要的农艺性状,影响水稻的产量和质量。因此水稻花序结构的起源和发育一直是研究的热点。越来越多的证据表明,许多因素如转录因子和植物激素,在生殖分生组织分化和穗型调控中发挥关键作用。本文综合评述了国内外近年来水稻穗发育相关的基因的研究进展。
Rice(Oryza sativa L.) is one of the world's most important food crops. Panicle architecture is an important component of agronomic trait in rice, which determines yield and quality of rice. In recent years, the origin and development of the panicle architecture in rice have aroused widely attention. Increasing evidences have revealed that numerous factors, such as transcription factors and plant hormones, play key roles in determining reproductive meristem fate and panicle architecture in rice. The present paper reviewed the general progress of the development of a rice panicle and outlined the genes that have great influences on panicle development.
