摘要
本研究以不结球白菜‘华冠青梗菜’为试验材料,研究了不同基质成分和配比对白菜生长的影响,旨在为白菜高效低成本栽培技术研究提供科学依据。本研究通过以商品育苗基质为对照,选用商品育苗基质、木屑和棉籽壳为原料,按照3种原料的不同体积配比配制出4种复合基质,分析及研究了不同试验处理对白菜生长形态(出苗,子叶展平,两叶一心,株高,茎粗,主根长)、积累生物量(单株鲜重)及基质成本的影响。通过隶属函数法对白菜生长发育指标进行综合评价,结果表明:商品育苗基质+木屑+棉籽壳(6:3:1)的配比组合成本最低,小白菜的出苗率、子叶展平率、两叶一心率均为最大,且株高、茎粗、主根长和单株鲜重均显著优于其他基质配方,是适合小白菜生长的最佳基质配比组合。
To provide a scientific basis on efficient and low-cost cultivation of Pakchoi(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis),the effects of different substrates(sawdust,waste mushroom and commodity nursery) and their proportions on Pakchoi's growth were investigated in this study.A subordinate function was used to analyze the results.As a result,the best growth characteristics of Pakchoi were obtained with the mixed-matrix composed of commodity nursery,sawdust and waste mushroom(v:v:v=6:3:1).Such characteristics include germination rate,cotyledon spreading,2 leaves with 1 core,plant height,stem diameter,main root length and fresh weight per plant.
