摘要 建立SSR指纹鉴定甜瓜杂交种纯度的技术体系,对于利用分子标记进行品种纯度和真实性鉴定具有重要的意义。以12个甜瓜杂交种及其亲本为试验材料,确定了杂合率高,能够区分甜瓜杂交种与双亲的11对SSR引物,其中5个引物对其中6个杂交种具有特异带型,进一步结合其它引物可将杂交种中混杂的其它11个品种的异型株鉴别出来。通过对照12个甜瓜杂交种的51份样品,分子标记检测纯度的结果与田间纯度鉴定的结果进行验证,利用统计学的方法对SSR指纹检测的结果与田间地里植株的形态性状鉴定的结果进行了显著性分析,结果证明,SSR分子标记技术检测技术体系可以取代地里经典的形态性状鉴定方法,用于甜瓜杂交种纯度及真实性快速鉴定。 In this stu dy, t he technical system of the SSR fingerprint identification of the purity of a muskmelon hybrid was established, which has important significances for the use of molecular markers for the identification of seed purity and authenticity. 12 muskmelon hybrids and their parents were employed as the experimental materials.11 pairs of SSR primers which could differentiate between the muskmelon hybrids and their parents with high heterozygous ratios were determined, of which five primer pairs and six hybrids had specific band types.Furthermore, combined with the other primers, another 11 special-shaped strains of the varieties mixed in the hybrids could be identified. Through the comparison of 51 samples in 12 muskmelon hybrids, the results of the purity testing of molecular markers with the field purity identification results were verified. By using the statistical method of SSR fingerprint detection results, along with the field in the plant morphological shape identification results, significant analysis was employed on the results of the SSR molecular markers and morphological identification of the plants in the fields by using statistical methods. The results demonstrated that the detection system can be used for rapid identification of purity and authenticity of muskmelon hybrids.
