摘要
本研究利用SRAP分子标记对25个山杏无性系的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明从100对引物中筛选稳定性好,多态性高的22对引物用于25个山杏无性系多态性条带的扩增,共扩增出564条带,其中多态性条带443条,多态性达78.5%。应用NTSYS软件计算相似系数,最低为0.227,最高为0.956,将25个山杏无性系在相似系数0.625处分成8个类群,从而明确了各种质间的亲缘关系。研究结果可为山杏杂交育种亲本的选配提供理论数据和技术参考。
In this study, the genetic diversity of 25 Armeniaca sibirica clones were analyzed by using SRAP molecular markers. The results showed that 22 pairs of highly stable and polymorphic primer were selected from100 pairs for amplifying bands of 25 Armeniaca sibirica clones. The 564 bands were obtained, among which 443 bands were polymorphic bands accounting for 78.5% polymorphism. The similarity coefficients were calculated by using NTSYS software based on SRAP results and ranged from 0.227 to 0.956. The 25 Armeniaca sibirica clones were divided into 8 groups at the similarity level of 0.685 and their genetic relationship became clear. The result might provide the theoretical date and technical reference for parents selection in Armeniaca sibirica crossbreeding.
