摘要
以中国沙棘(H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis)为父本,蒙古大果沙棘乌兰格木(H.rhamnoides subsp.mongolica)为母本,于1995年开展了杂交选育研究,共选育出45个优良单株。播种定植后,再经嫩枝扦插,定植,2014年测定4年生优良杂交种嫩枝扦插苗生长指标,对其生态适应性和经济效益进行探讨和综合评价,以期筛选更加优良杂交新品种及对大果沙棘的推广提供理论支撑。结果表明,30个单株的株高、地径、冠幅及10 cm枝叶片数均生长良好。杂交种1年生、2年生枝10 cm段棘刺数分别为0~3个和0~4个,优于中国沙棘。株高与地径关系最为密切。综合评价结果反映出所选30个单株适应性良好,适合推广,可提高沙棘在沙区的生态与经济效益。
Abstrac t Chin ese Seabuckthorn(H. rhamnoides subsp. sinensis) as male parent was crossed with Mongolian Seabuckthorn(H. rhamnoides subsp. mongolica) as female parent.Crossbreeding trial was started in 1995. Forty-five hybrid individual trees were selected. In order to screen better hybrid varieties and to provide theoretical support for the promotion of big fruit hippophae rhamnoides, determined the growth indicators of the hybrid individual trees in October 2014, the ecological adaptability and economic benefits were discussed and were made a comprehensive evaluation. Experimental results indicated that the selected 30 hybrids all growth well in height,ground diameter, crown width and the number of blades. The number of thorns in 1-year-old and 2-year-old branches of the hybrids was 0~3 and 0~4,which were better then Chinese Seabuckthorn. Plant height and ground diameter most closely. Comprehensive evaluation results showed that the ecological adaptability and economic value of the selected 30 hybrid individual trees were obviously well, and they were Suitable for promotion.
