水稻耐冷QTL定位以及分子机理研究进展 被引量:3

Research Advances on QTL Mapping of Cold Tolerant and the Molecular Mechanism in Rice

摘要 水稻耐冷性是培育广适、多抗性品种的重要性状之一,其不仅影响水稻品种的种植区域,而且对保障世界粮食的安全生产具有重要意义。本论文通过综述近年来水稻耐冷分子遗传研究的主要进展:(1)水稻耐冷QTL的定位概况;(2)主效QTL精细定位、克隆及其分子机理;(3)CBF、MYB转录因子参与的耐冷分子机理调控网络,以期为今后水稻耐冷分子机理研究提供参考。 Cold tol erance is one of the most important rice breeding traits relating to planting adaptability and multi-resistant. It's not only impact growth region of rice variety, but also is great significance for ensuring world food safe production. This research reviewed three research developments on molecular genetic studies of rice cold tolerance:(1) Survey of rice cold tolerant QTL mapping;(2) Fine mapping and cloning of major QTL loci and their molecular mechanism relating to cold tolerance;(3) Cold regulatory pathways involving CBF, MYB transcription factors, which will provide reference for future research of rice cold molecular mechanism.
