摘要
DNA分子标记为直接从遗传物质进行育种材料的选择提供了有效手段,在玉米育种中得到广泛应用。随着DNA分子标记技术的不断发展,功能标记的开发与应用成为一个新的发展方向。功能标记与重要农艺性状直接相关,具有育种材料选择的直接性和准确性。为了在玉米育种中更广泛地应用功能标记辅助选择,本综述简要介绍了功能标记的含义和功能标记的开发策略。在此基础上,对玉米中功能标记的开发与应用研究进展进行了综述。
DNA molecular markers provide an efficient method for directly selecting breeding materials from genetic materials and they have been widely applied in maize breeding. With the continuous development of DNA molecular marker technique, the development and application of functional markers have become a new development direction. Functional markers are directly related to important agricultural traits and they have the directness and accuracy for the selection of breeding materials. In order to more widely use functional markers in maize breeding,this review briefly introduced the meaning and development strategies of functional markers. On this basis, we summarized the progress of the development and application of functional markers in maize.
