外源水杨酸(SA)对食用百合长期低温储藏过程中生理代谢影响 被引量:8

Effect of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Physiological Metabolism in Edible Lily Bulbs Under Low Temperature for the Long-Term Storage

摘要 为了研究外源水杨酸对食用百合采后生理及贮藏品质的影响,以食用百合种球为材料,田间采后贮藏于0℃/-1℃(昼/夜)冷库,用0.1 mmol/L、0.5 mmol/L、1.0 mmol/L溶液水杨酸分别处理30 min。在贮藏期间,每30 d取样,对可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性等指标进行测定。结果表明,0.5 mmol/L水杨酸预处理可以显著抑制食用百合鳞茎中SOD、POD、CAT、PPO的活性代谢速度,同时通过抑制可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质的分解速度来提高食用百合种球鳞茎的低温适应性。外源SA可以有效抑制食用百合种球的采后生理变化,保持种球鳞茎的低温长期贮藏品质。 In this experiment, we examined the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the post-harvest physiology and storage quality of edible Lily(Lilium lancifolium Thunb). The bulbs were stored cold temperature(0℃/-1℃) after being treated with SA liquid at 0.1 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L and 1.0 mmol/L for 30 min, respectively. During storage,we measured the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, peroxidase(POD) activity, catalase(CAT) activity, polyphenol oxidase(PPO) activity soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and other indicators of lilys at a 30-day interval.The results showed that at the 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid pretreatment can significantly inhibit the lily bulbs SOD,POD, CAT activity of metabolic rate, and inhibiting the osmotic regulation substances, such as soluble sugar,soluble protein decomposition speed to improve the low temperature adaptability of the lily bulbs. In conclusion,SA liquid can effectively inhibit the post-harvest physiology of lily bulbs and maintain their storage quality
