摘要
竹类植物生长快、周期短、用途广泛,而我国是世界上竹类资源最丰富,竹林面积最大,产量最大的国家,开展竹类育种研究对我国经济的发展、生态效益提升和生态环境保护等方面具有重要作用。但竹子开花周期比较长,不易获得种子,杂交育种难度非常大,如何利用基因工程手段进行竹子遗传改良显得非常迫切。本文主要综述了近年来竹子基因工程如相关基因的克隆、表达、载体构建及遗传转化方面的研究进展,并对今后的发展前景进行展望。
Bamboo plants have fast growth, short cycle and the advantages of widely used. China has the world's most abundant bamboo resources, the largest bamboo forest area, the largest production of bamboo. So studying on the bamboo breeding plays an important role to the economic development, ecological improvement and ecological environment protection of China. But bamboo flowering cycle is long, it is difficult to get seeds and study on the cross breeding. How to make use of genetic engineering for bamboo genetic improvement is very urgent. This paper mainly describes the progress in genetic engineering of Bamboo such as gene cloning, expression, vector construction and genetic transformation, and the prospect of genetic engineering for bamboo are presented in this paper.
