摘要
文冠果作为一种重要的木本能源植物,近年来成为研究热点。关于文冠果分子生物学方面研究,虽然其基因组信息较少,相对其他植物起步较晚,但也取得了一些重要进展。本研究综述了近年来国内外文冠果分子生物学研究进展,包括分子标记和遗传多样性分析;mi RNA、转录组学和蛋白质组学研究;以及功能基因分析和研究;利用这些分子手段结合传统育种,能有效提高育种的目标定向性和中间材料的筛选效率。最后讨论了目前分子水平研究存在的问题以及未来随着分子手段的提高,文冠果基因工程研究的发展方向,为其分子生物学研究提供参考。
As an important woody energy plant, Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge has become research focus in recent years. Important progress has been made in the field of molecular biology of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,though there was little genome information and the molecular biology research started relatively late compared with other plants. In this review, we summarized its domestic and overseas research progress in molecular biology,including molecular markers and genetic diversity analysis; mi RNA, transcriptome and proteome analyses,functional characterization of key genes. Combing these molecular techniques with traditional breeding methods can effectively improve the target accuracy of breeding and the selection efficiency of intermediate materials.Finally, we discussed the problems of current research and then proposed the future development direction in molecular study and provided reference for the research of molecular biology.
