摘要
为了探索盐及浓度因素对华北蓝盆花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,本研究选择了Na Cl、Na2SO4及Na HCO3三种钠盐,设置了五种盐溶液浓度,采用培养皿滤纸法,进行华北蓝盆花种子的萌发试验。结果显示,随着盐溶液浓度增大,试验种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、出苗率等指标均降低。通过统计与分析:浓度≧0.05%的氯化钠溶液、硫酸钠溶液及碳酸氢钠溶液均对华北蓝盆花种子的发芽有抑制作用。不同盐处理对华北蓝盆花种子发芽的抑制作用有显著差异:Na2SO4<Na Cl<Na HCO3;不同浓度对华北蓝盆花种子发芽的抑制作用也具有显著差异:0.05%<0.1%<0.2%<0.3%。盐溶液浓度≤0.2%时,不同盐处理对华北蓝盆花幼苗造成盐害的程度不同:Na2SO4<Na Cl<Na HCO3;浓度≧0.3%,盐害率达100%。华北蓝盆花幼苗的根长、芽长及鲜质量均与盐溶液浓度有负相关关系。
In order to explore the influence of different salts and their different concentrations on germination and seedling growth characteristics of Scabiosa tschiliensis, I choose sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and five different concentrations of every salt to do the test in petri dishes with filter papers. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and emergence rate all decreases as the concentration increases. Sort out and analyse the data and then we come to the conclusion that Na Cl, Na2SO4 and Na HCO3, whose concentrations are greater than 0.05%, all have inhibitive effect on the germination of Scabiosa tschiliensis. Different salts have highly significant differences in the inhibitive effect and Na2SO4<Na Cl<Na HCO3. Different concentrations also have highly significant differences in the inhibitive effect and 0.05%<0.1%<0.2%<0.3%. When the concentration is less than or equal to 0.2%, different salts cause different salt-injury rate of seedling of Scabiosa tschiliensis and Na2SO4<Na Cl<Na HCO3. And as the concentration is greater than or equal to0.3%, the salt-injury rate is 100%. The root length, bud length and fresh weight of the seedling of Scabiosa tschiliensis all show negative correlation with concentration of the salt.
