摘要
为了探究天然右旋龙脑在梅片树不同组织器官中的分布情况,采用水蒸气蒸馏法和索氏提取法对梅片树叶中的天然右旋龙脑进行提取,用气相色谱技术和标准曲线法测定出不同提取方法下天然右旋龙脑的提取率,然后选用提取率较高的索氏提取法提取梅片树茎、果实中的右旋龙脑;用气相色谱质谱联用法(GC-MS)对梅片树叶醇提取液进行成分分析。索氏提取法下梅片树叶、茎、果实的提取率分别为2.01 mg/g、0.88 mg/g、1.80 mg/g,提示梅片树叶中天然右旋龙脑的含量最高,茎中含量最低;成分分析鉴定出了桉叶油醇、樟脑、α-松油醇、右旋龙脑等21种化合物,占离子峰总面积的99.63%,其中右旋龙脑相对含量最高,占37.8%,说明梅片树富含右旋龙脑。本研究为梅片树的综合利用和天然右旋龙脑的生产原料来源提供了新的参考依据。
In order to investigate the distribution of D-borneol in different tissues and organs of Meipian tree,the natural D-borneol was extracted from the leaves of Meipian tree by steam distillation and Soxhlet extraction.The content of D-borneol was determined by GC and standard curve method.Then the Soxhlet extraction method with higher extraction rate was used to extract the D-borneol from the stem and fruit of Meipian tree.The components of the extraction from Meipian tree leaves by ethanol were analyzed by GC-MS.The extraction rate of leaves,stems and fruits of Meipian tree by Soxhlet extraction method was 2.01 mg/g,0.88 mg/g,1.80 mg/g,respectively,which suggested that the content of D-borneol in leaves is the highest and that in stem is the lowest.There were 21 kinds of compound recognized by the GC-MS analysis including eudesmol,camphor,α-terpineol,D-borneol,which covered 99.63%of all components.The proportion of D-borneol was 37.8%,higher than that of all other components,which suggested that Meipian tree has a large content of D-borneol.All these results provided a new reference for the comprehensive utilization of Meipian tree and the production source of D-borneol.
