摘要
环境胁迫反应的跨代遗传研究与日俱增。其中跨代表观遗传是DNA遗传状态的改变可传给下一代,但DNA序列没有改变。植物遗传信息的表观跨代传递可以依赖RNA的RNA聚合酶扩增sRNA (small RNA)的信息进行传递。植物体内存在着一类sRNAs可以调控特定的基因,可在组织间移动,并具有从亲代传递给子代的能力。这些sRNA在维持环境诱导的基因沉默从一代传递给下一代方面具有一定潜力。sRNA的跨代遗传效应可能成为"开关"或是内部自我约束的定时器,使生物体能够调整反应并使其适应环境。本研究着重综述了植物的sRNA特性,sRNA的流动性,RNA介导的跨代遗传及植物遗传胁迫反应。
The study of transgenerational inheritance of environmental responses is rapidly accumulating.The transgenerational apparent inheritance meaned that the genetic state of DNA could be transmitted to the next generation,but the DNA sequence had not changed in transgeneratonal inheritance.The apparent transgenerational inheritance plant heritable information could transmit across generationas in the form of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase,which amplify small RNAs.Small RNAs,which existed in plants could regulate specific genes and moved between tissues in plant,as well as have the ability to pass the heritable information from parent to offspring.These small RNAs had potential for maintaining environmental-induced gene silencing from one generation to the next.sRNA transgenerational epigenetic effects was likely switch or internal self-restriciting timer,that made the organism to tune the response and adapted the environment.This article mainly focused on the review of the small RNA,sRNA mobile,RNA-mediated transgenerational inheritance and plant genetic stress response.
