Capillary Gas Chromatographic Determination of Borneol and Benzylis Benzoatis in Guanxinsuhe Pills

[目的 ]测定冠心苏合丸中的有效成分的含量 ;[方法 ]采用内标法 ,选用 OV- 1弹性石英毛细管柱 ,建立了冠心苏合丸中冰片和苯甲酸苄酯含量的气相色谱测定方法。 [结果 ]线性关系良好。冰片和苯甲酸苄酯的平均回收率分别为 10 2 .1%、10 1.0 % ,RSD分别为 1.7%和 1.5 % (n=5 )。 [结论 ]该法简便易行 ,结果可靠 。

The quantitative analysis of borneol and benzylis benzoatis in Guanxinsuhe pills. A gas chromatographic method using a fused silica capillary column OV-1 and internal standard was established.A good linear relationship between the peak area ratios and concentrations was found . The average recovery of borneol and benzylis benzoatis is as high as (102.1±1.7)% and (101 0±1.5%)( n =5)respectively. [CONCLUSION] The method is easy to handle.The results are reliable and satisfied.
