端粒酶、p21、p53与原发性胆囊癌关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨端粒酶、p2 1和 p53在原发性胆囊癌的发生、转移和浸润中的作用及相互关系。方法 我们应用 TRAP- PCR和免疫组织化学方法对原发性胆囊癌中端粒酶、p2 1和 p53表达进行检测。结果  1原发性胆囊癌端粒酶、p2 1和 p53阳性表达率为 84.8%、47.8%和 71 .7%。 2端粒酶、p2 1和 p53在胆囊癌旁粘膜阳性表达率为 4.6%、94.5%和 94.5%。 3癌细胞浸润越深 ,端粒酶 p2 1和 p53阳性表达率越高。 4淋巴结转移 ,端粒酶阳性表达率为 1 0 0 % ,而 p2 1和 p53为 2 2 .7%和 63.6%。结论 端粒酶、p2 1和 p53阳性表达与胆囊癌的浸润及在胆囊癌形成和对周围组织浸润 。 Objective To explore the mutual relationships between telomerase,p21,p53 and primary carcinoma of the gall bladder in its development,metastasis and invasion.Methods TRAP PCR and Immunohistochemical method were adopted to detect Telomerase,p21 and p53 in primary carcinoma of the gall bladder.Results It was found that:① positive rates of telomerase,p21 and p53 were 84.8%,47.8% and 71.7%,respectively in mucosa of carcinoma of the gall bladder.② positive rates of telomerase,p21 and p53 in mucosa beside carcinoma of the gall bladder were 4.6%,94.5% and 94.5%,respectively.③ The deeper invasion of carcinoma,the higher positive rates of telomerase,p21 and p53.④when metastasis of lymph node,telomerase was 100% positive,but p21 and P53 were 22.7% and 63.6% positive,respectively.Conclusions The positive expressions of telemares,p21 and p53 might play a important role in the invasion,development,lymph node metastasis of carcinoma of the gall bladder.
