摘要
目的 :测定石菖蒲药材中 β 细辛醚、α 细辛醚的含量。 方法 :色谱条件 :ODSC18分析柱 ( 15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 ( 6∶4 ) ,10 0 0mL中加入磷酸二氢钾 1.4 g ,十二烷基磺酸钠 1.2 g ,检测波长 2 5 7nm :流速 1.0mL·min-1室温操作。结果 :β 细辛醚、α 细辛醚平均回收率分别为 99.0 2 % (RSD =1.0 3% ) ,10 1.2 6 % (RSD =3.5 7% )。 结论 :方法快速准确 ,样品处理简便 。
Objective: To determine β asarone and α asarone in Rhizoma acori tatarinowii(RAT) . Methods: HPLC condition consists of ODS C 18 column(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), methanol: water(6∶4) as mobile phase containing potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.4g and sodium lauryl sulfate 1.2g per 1000mL, detective wavelength at 257nm, flow rate at 1.0mL·min -1 . Results: For RAT the mean recovery of 99.02%( RSD =1.03%) for β asarone, 101.26%( RSD =3.57%) for α asarone are obtained, respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate.
