Experience Referring Restriction Factors and Countermeasure Study

知识经济是我国面临的跨世纪选择和挑战 ,是融入全球经济主流的必由之路。本文在借鉴美国知识经济发展成功经验的基础上 ,系统分析了我国知识经济发展面临的制约因素 ,并从政策、技术、人才、资金、制度几个层面入手提出我国发展知识经济的对策建议。

The knowledge economy is not only the cross-centennial choice and challenge that our country faces but also the only way through which incorporates our economy into the mainstream of the globol economy. On the base of drawing successful experience from the development of America's knowledge economy, this paper has analysed systematically the restriction factors of the development of the knowledge economy in our country and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy, technology, talent, fund and system.
