摘要
应用聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)扩增病毒的cDNA,可以快速、灵敏、专化地检测单头介体蚜虫所携带的大麦黄矮病毒。测定时间可以短至6小时,测定标本用量可以少至1/20头蚜虫,无毒蚜在带毒植株上饲毒30分钟即可检出含有病毒。
In this paper we report the development of a rapid, sensitive and specific test for the detection of BYDV in single aphid based on the reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) .It was still available that single aphid extraction was diluted into 1 /20 and aphids acquisition feeding shorten to 30 minutes.
