超氧化物歧化酶检测在子宫肌瘤和胆囊结石患者血清中的改变及其意义

目的 :研究子宫肌瘤和胆囊结石患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性水平的改变及其意义。方法 :应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定了 6 8例子宫肌瘤和 5 0例胆囊结石患者手术前后血清中 SOD活性。结果 :子宫肌瘤患者血清中 SOD的活性较健康对照组明显降低 ,胆囊结石患者血清中 SOD活性水平也明显低于正常对照组 ,且术后 SOD活性水平明显升高。结论 :自由基 (FR)在子宫肌瘤和胆囊结石的发病过程中起着重要作用 ,测定子宫肌瘤和胆囊结石患者血清中 SOD活性 ,有助于了解

Objective:To study the changes and significance of serum SOD activity in the patients with uterine myoma and cholecystolithiasis Methods:SOD activity of 68 cases of uterine myoma and 50 cases of cholecystolithiasis before and after operation were determined with xanthine oxidase Results:SOD activity in the uterine myoma patients was lower than that in the control group obviously (P<0 01),SOD activity content in serum of the patients with cholecystolithiasis was lower than that in the control group and increased after operation Conclusion:free radical (FR) play an important role in the mechanism of uterine myoma and cholecystolithiasis Thus it's conducive to comprehend the relation between FR and uterine myoma and cholecystolithiasis to determine the SOD activity and content of serum in the paients with uterine myoma and cholecystolithiasis
