乳腺高频钼靶X线检查在乳腺癌中应用价值的探讨

Application of mammography in breast cancer

目的 :进一步提高乳腺癌的 X线诊断水平。方法 :回顾分析经手术病理证实的 4 1例乳腺癌的 X线表现。结果 :4 1例中 :肿块 31例 ,占 75 .6 % ;钙化 13例 ,占 31.7% ;乳腺导管造影 5例 ,均有导管扩张。结论 :乳腺高频钼靶 X线机是乳腺癌检查的首选方法 。

Objective:To improve radiologic diagnostic rate of breast cancer Methods:The X ray findings of 41 cases of breast carcinoma were analysd retrospectively Results:Among 41 patients 31 showed lumps (75 6%),13 calcification (31 7%),5 galaotography (pipes are expanded) Conclusion:Mammography has much value in early brest cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis
