异长春花碱联合顺铂治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的临床观察

Combination chemotherapy with vinorelbine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced and metastatic breast cancer

目的 :观察异长春花碱 (NVB)联合顺铂 (DDP)治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法 :运用 NVB(2 5 m g/ m2 ,d1,8)加 DDP (30 mg/ m2 ,d1～ 3)治疗转移性乳腺癌 4 5例。结果 :取得 CR 7例 ,PR 19例 ,总有效率达 5 7.8%(2 6 / 4 5 ) ;中位缓解期 5个月 (2～ 16个月 ) ;主要毒副反应为白细胞减少 ,发生率为 10 0 % ,其中 ～ 度减少占 6 4 .4 %。结论 :NVB联合 DDP治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效确切 ,不良反应可耐受。

Objective:To study the effect and safety of combination chemotherapy of vinorelbin and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced and metastatic breast cancer Methods:All the 45 patients of metastatic breast cancer were treated with vinorelbin 25mg/m 2 iv for day 1 and 8,and cisplatin 30mg/m 2 iv for day 1~3 Results:Complete response in 7 patients and partial response in 19 patients were observed with an overall response rate of 57 8%(26/45) The median time of remission of response was 5 months (rang2~16) Leukopenia was the most frequent toxicity (100%) and the grade 3,grade 4 leukopenia were totally present in 64 4% Conclusions:Vinorelbine combined with cisplatin is effective and has acceptable tolerance in the patients with metastatic breast cancer
