Influence of hormone replacement therapy on survivor of patients With hormone-dependent tumor

激素替代治疗 (HRT)对改善妇女绝经后症状的有益作用已毋庸置疑。但是 ,长期以来HRT被认为可增加激素依赖性肿瘤发生与复发的危险性。通过系统地复习文献 ,不支持HRT增加这类肿瘤的发生及复发的危险性 ,且能提高患者的生活质量 ,对患者的生存也无不利影响。

Objectives:Hormone replacement therapy(HRT)had benefits for resolving symptoms in postmenopausal women.Many researchers thought HRT could increase the prevalence and recurrence of hormone dependent tumor.We reviewed literatures and found that HRT havent increase risk of prevalence and recurrence of these tumors.Otherwist,HRT improved life quality of patients and no negative effect on survivor of these patients.So HRT is not an absolute contraindication of patients with hormone dependent tumour.
