脑梗死MRI诊断中FLAIR技术的临床应用

摘要 目的 评价液体衰减反转恢复 (FL AIR)技术在脑梗死诊断中的临床应用价值。方法  4 6例脑梗死患者 ,均进行 FL AIR序列和 SE T2 WI检查 ,比较两种序列对病灶的显示能力。结果  SE T2 WI显示病灶 91个 ,FL AIR显示 117个。 9个半卵圆区病灶和 8个侧脑室旁病灶仅为 FL AIR序列显示。FL AIR对急性和亚急性梗死显示更清晰。慢性梗死灶 FL AIR表现为中央低周边高信号或低信号。结论  FL AIR序列成像在脑梗死诊断中应作为常规序列使用 ,但不能取代 SE T2 WI。 FL AIR对脑梗死的分期诊断也具有应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of FLAIR (fluid attenuated inversion recovery) technique in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods 46 patients with cerebral infarction were studied with MR SE T2WI and FLAIR technique. The detectable abilities of lesions with FLAIR and SE T2WI were compared. Results 91 lesions were showed with SE T2WI and 117 lesions with FLAIR. 9 lesions in centrum semiovale and 8 in paraventricular area were only displayed with FLAIR. FLAIR displayed the lesions of acute and subacute cerebral infarctions very clearly. Chronic infarctions demonstrated hypointensive center with high intensive rim or hypointensive plaque in FLAIR images. Conclusion FLAIR should become a conventional sequence in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction,but it can not substitute SE T2WI. FLAIR is also a useful method in staging diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
