摘要 目的 建立稳定、可靠、重复性好的大鼠脑内注射自体血脑出血模型。方法 将 5 0μl不抗凝的自体血通过长 2 0 cm、内径 0 .6 0 m m并已定量的细硅胶管、2 4 G静脉留置针分两次缓慢注入大鼠尾状核 ,通过 4 .7TeslaMRI验证血肿部位、大小 (T2 * 序列 )以及 2 4 h时血肿与水肿的体积 (T2 序列 ) ;通过神经功能缺损评分判断血肿对机体的影响。结果  T2 * 显示缓慢注射自体血 5 0 μl可形成尾状核体积恒定的血肿 ,平均体积 31.0 5± 10 .31μl,成功率 80 %。较快注射 5 0 μl不抗凝的动脉血 (2 min)只有 33%的大鼠形成血肿 ,平均体积为 11.12± 7.2 0 μl,其余动物只有蛛网膜下腔出血或脑室出血 ,脑实质内血肿明显小于缓慢注射组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2 4 h时前者脑水肿范围 (指血肿和血肿周围水肿之和 )为 4 5 .98± 11.4 2 mm3,明显大于后者 (2 0 .31± 6 .76 m m3)。结论 通过细硅胶管、2 4 G静脉留置针将自体血 5 0 μl缓慢注射入大鼠尾状核 ,有 80 %的大鼠可形成体积恒定的血肿 ,2 4 h时可引起明显的血肿周围水肿。 Objective To make a reproducible hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous blood slowly. Methods Autologous blood was injected into caudate nucleus of rat slowly through a silicone gel lined tube,20 cm long and 0.6mm in diameter,and a 26G needle. The hematoma was shown by echo planar T 2 * weightedsequence on MRI and the neurologic deficit score were investigated. Results The average hemorrhage volume was significantly larger than that in those quickly injected on T 2 * sequence (31.05±10.31μl vs 11.12±7.20μl,P< 0.05 ). In the latter,only 2 rats suffered from hematoma of caudate nucleus,while others with subarachnoid or ventricle hemorrhage. At 24h,the former had a more extensive edema area than the latter on T 2WI(45.98± 11.42mm 3 vs 20.31 ± 6.76mm 3 ,P<0.05). Conclusion Through the microtube and 26G needle,reproducible caudate nucleus hematomas are made in 80 % of rats and autologous blood can cause widespread vascular edema at 24h after hemorrhage.
