摘要
建立了诃子中三萜类成分及多元酚酸类成分的薄层色谱鉴别,色谱丰富,专属性强,可与西青果(诃子的幼果)区分;并建立了诃子水解产物没食子酸高效液相色谱含量测定法。经方法学验证,没食子酸线性范围0.17～1.36μg,相关系数为0.9998;平均加样回收率为102.9%;水解条件优化,重现性,稳定性考察,回收率测定均证明测定方法符合定量要求;该测定方法简便、结果准确,可用于可水解鞣质的中药材的没食子酸含量测定。
TLC method for the identification of triterpenoids polyphenols in Fructus Chebulae was established .The results showed that this method had a plentiful chromatogram and good specificity,and can distinguish Fructus Chebulae immaturus from Fructus Chebulae.Determination of gallic acid, one of the hydrolysates of Fructus Chebulae, by HPLC was also reported.The linear range of gallic acid is from 0.17μg to 1.36μg(r=0.9998),and the average recovery is 102.9 %. The results showed that the method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used to determine gallic acid in Chinese herbal medicine that contains hydrolysable tannins.
