摘要
目的建立天麻配方颗粒中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定天麻配方颗粒中天麻素的含量。LiChrospherR100(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-磷酸盐溶液(含磷酸二氢钾和磷酸氢二钠各为0.1mol/L)-水(1.5∶3∶95.5)为流动相;检测波长为270nm;结果天麻素在1.638～14.742μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系;回收率为98.17%,RSD为1.39%(N=5)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于天麻配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of gastrodine in Tianma Formula Granule. Methods: HPLC was used with LiChrospherR 100 column, MeOH-phosphate solution(contain KH2PO4 and Na2HPO4 each 0.1mol/L)-water(1.5:3:95.5) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 270nm. Results: Gastrodine showed a good linearity in the range of 1.638～14.742μg. The average recovery was 98.17 %and RSD was 1.39 %(n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Tianma Formula Granule.
