摘要
目的 :研究木通与甘草联用时对肾脏的损伤机理。方法 :把大鼠随机分为三组 ,观察用药后不同时相大鼠的肾功能、肾脏的病理以及血管活性物质等变化。结果 :木通与甘草联用组的肾功能损伤、肾脏组织形态学变化以及血栓素B2 、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1a、内皮素变化均比木通组变化明显。结论 :木通与甘草合用较单用木通对肾脏的损伤更为严重。
Objective To study the damage mechanism to the kidney of the combination of common aristolochia manshuriensis kom and liquorice.Methods Dividing mice into three groups randomly, we observed kidney functional changes, kidney pathological changes and cell gene changes of mice that have after taking medicine in different periods.Results It shows that the changes of kidney functional damage, kidney tissue morphology, TX B 2, 6-Keto-PGF1a, ET in the group of the combination of aristolochia manshuriensis kom and liquorice is more obvious than the group of aristolochia manshuriensis kom.Conclusion The combination of aristolochia manshuriensis kom and liquorice used in the clinical is much more serious than aristolochia manshuriensis kom in treatment kidney damage.
