关于硒镉红色铁封玻璃与铁元件封接冒气泡现象的初探

摘要 分析研究了硒镉红色铁封玻璃与铁元件封接冒气泡的多种原因,认为其中封接时间和封接温度是影响封接冒泡的关键因素;提出了消除封接冒气泡的适宜的封接工艺制度. The article has studied some factors to induce the sealing bubbles between the selenium-cadmium ruby iron sealing glass and the iron elements. The author consideres that the key factors to induce the sealing bubbles are the sealing time and the sealing temperature. The author has also discussed the suitable sealing technological process to eliminate the sealing bubbles between the selenium-cadmium ruby iron-sealin glass and the iron elements.
