液晶显示器件用ITO膜玻璃的研制

摘要 液晶显示提供了一种优越的被动显示技术.最大特点是光与电的结合,是光与近代科学成就的结合.这种显示还具有目标清晰、准确、实时、直观、方便、易得、携带信息量大,所以发展迅速.而制造液晶显示器件的主要材料——超薄ITO膜玻璃还依赖进口.本文介绍了采用间歇式磁控溅射镀膜机制备了1mmITO膜玻璃,成功地应用于液晶显示透明电极上.研究结果表明,各种参数均达到国外同类产品水平. The liquid crystal display (LCD) provides a superior passive display technique that characterized in integrating light with electricity and modern scientific achievement. The display makes a feature of sharp target, accuracy, real time, direct viewing, convenience, easy receiving and big information quarttity. in this result, it has been developing very quickly, however, the key material-ultra-thin glass coated with ITO film from which the LCD devices are made, imported from abroad depentently. The paper introduces that the lmm thick glass coated with ITO film has been made using sputter deposition machine by intermittent magnetic control and that being applyed successfully to transparent plate of electrode for the LCD
